I am: a rookie at blogging, just started my blog in May 2010 when I became a full-time Mom. a child of God, a follower of Jesus Christ, a listener of the Holy Spirit, and a Catholic. Pro-Life, , Pro-Woman and an adoption advocate wife to a wonderful husband for 12 years proud and grateful mother to two beautiful daughters ages 5 and 3. a coffee drinking fool, so I can keep up with my little girls a home schooling novice using my kindergartener as a guinea pig a runner, it keeps me sane and in my size 8 pants an avid reader , now of Beatrix Potter's books a former workaholic & fashion follower a lover of chocolate, and wine, and the finer things in life, although I cannot afford them anymore!

    They are just too cute!!!! Savahanna has just grown so much. She has the most beautiful hair! Kate is adorable! What a smile! I’ll send you an email of Lily later tonight. You won’t believe how slim she is. She actually lost a pant size. By the way, did I tell you she’s in all day K now. Makes for one tired little lady at the end of the day.

    How cute. I’ve always loved tangrams. We had a nice wooden set that I remember from when I was a child. Imagine my joy when I found it in a carton at the back of the attic when I was clearing out my father’s house. My grandchildren are enjoying it now.

    I use these tangrams in my classroom too! I have even made pictures with the shapes and had my children match the shapes to create the pic… this works well in the sense that the complicated ones make my more advanced students think; yet the simple ones give those a bit lower a sense of accomplishment when they complete the picture. Your doing a great job Mary!
